ITINERARY

DAY 1: ARRIVAL IN TBILISI AIRPORT.
Transfer to the hotel for overnight. Overnight in Tbilisi.
DAY 2: TBILISI-MTSKHETA-ANANURI-GUDAURI
Breakfast at the hotel. Meet the guide and start half day Tbilisi City Tour: visit the biggest Cathedral in Georgia Sameba, Ride over Narikala Fortress by areal cable car, stroll down to Botanical street towards Sulfur bathhouses and Legvtakhevi-a lovely place with waterfall.
Drive to Mtskheta -the former capital of Iberia to visit UNESCO world heritage sites: Svetitskhoveli Cathedral11th c and Jvari Monastery 6th c. On the way visit Ananuri castle 16th 17th c-the Aragvi duke’s
residence.
Dinner and overnight in resort Gudauri on the level 2000m.
DAY 3: GUDAURI-KAZBEGI-GERGETI-GUDAURI
Breakfast at the hotel. Full day exploration of high Caucasus Mountains; Make several stops on the way - Cross
Pass (2395 m level), to taste mineral waters at picky travertine mount and observe the birthplace of Aragvi River
from observation platform and see Gveleti waterfalls. Upward walk approximately 2.5 hours to the Mount
Gergeti to see panoramic view of mountains. Visit Gergeti Trinity church 14th c. located above the alpine
village Stepantsminda and on the foothills of the magnificent glacier Kazbegi (5033m). Drive to Dariali Canyon to
the Russian border. Evening arrive back to Gudauri hotel.
Dinner and overnight in Gudauri.
DAY 4: GUDAURI-TBILISI
Breakfast at the hotel. Drive to Tbilisi and continue the city sightseeing. Leisure walk on Rustaveli
Avenue, Meidan square with souvenir shops, outdoor cafes and galleries scattered around. Cross a modern
glass Bridge of Peace and finish the day on Mtatsminda - the highest point in Tbilisi (770m). Funicular cable
train takes you to the park for observation.
Overnight in Tbilisi.
DAY 5: TBILISI-TRANSFER TO THE AIRPORT
Breakfast at the hotel. Transfer to Tbilisi Airport for Departure.
